  • Training for your staff members on all things sake. Equip them with the tools to buy, recommend, and serve sake to your guests.

  • Build out an exciting sake menu for your restaurant, utilizing your existing distributors if desired. Craft categories, descriptions, and suggestions for the new sakes.

  • Work with your bar program to develop koji-based cocktails, providing a unique and experience for your guests. Learn about miso simple syrups, amazake-based cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks, shochu, and other koji-based techniques to provide flavor, body, and appeal to your cocktail menu

  • We work with importers, distributors, retailers, and anyone else in the sake industry to provide educational, hands-on sake programming.

  • Reach out if you’d like any sake programming at your restaurant! Happy to work with your restaurant to come up with an original concept that suits your own menu and clientele.

  • Provide a private tasting experience for you and your guests at your own home or office. We’ll work with you on types and amount of sake.
